Seeking an innovative challenge Fords new Technology Platform Programs (TPP) team is reimagining vehicle electrical architecture and software platforms pivoting to a streamlined scalable platform-first strategy and we need your talent to drive this vision. At TPP youll be instrumental in simplifying software by driving Fords minimum complexity vision boosting quality and speed by enabling faster higher-quality software delivery optimizing programs to make vehicle execution significantly more efficient and scaling solutions by leading cross-functional strategies for broad impact across our vehicle lineup. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge digital technology and automotive-grade systems where innovation user experience and rapid delivery are paramount.
You will be part of a complex cross-functional program team that spans embedded software cloud integration hardware interfaces and user experience design.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Program Management
- Program planning and execution across multiple vehicle programs and digital platforms balancing resources risks and priorities.
- Develop and maintain schedules dependency maps and risk mitigation plans across integrated services feature deliverables and functionality.
- Ensure timely delivery of infotainment and connected services aligned with Integrated Services HIC roadmap and customer expectations.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate program status risks and decisions clearly and effectively to executive leadership and technical teams.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program execution quality and velocity.
- Provide ongoing objective feedback to strategy product and engineering to support the ever-changing landscape of execution.
- Recognize and quickly respond to the needs of a program in execution where roles and responsibilities may be unclear.

Qualifications
Youll have...
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of experience proven experience as a Technical Program Manager.
- Understanding of digital technical solutions CRMs commerce engines customer master and item master concepts embedded vehicle software ideally IVI and ADAS basics and cloud integration.
- Strong technical background in systems engineering software development.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Comfortable working in ambiguity
- Ability to influence without Authority and guide leadership.
Passion for innovation user experience and delivering impactful technology.
