• Be the first point of contact for property owners after traumatic events
• Build trust and guide customers through the initial recovery process
• Generate business by proactively identifying and acting on opportunities
• Work closely with first responders adjusters project managers and community leaders
• Secure mitigation work to protect properties and prevent further damage
• Represent Paul Davis in the community through events and relationship building
• Deliver confidence and clarity when people need it most

• Base Commission (Typical earnings: $85K$100K base no cap on commissions. Top producers can earn $200k or more)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to be on-call (including nights/weekends as scheduled)
• A commitment to continuous learning and growth

• Previous outside sales experience is strongly encouraged
• Experience in construction restoration or a related field is a plus
• Candidates with a background in sales within a construction or service-based environment will be well-positioned for success in this role
