What Youll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor millman/stone plant equipment to support safe and efficient production
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Adjust material flow equipment settings and processes to meet quality and production targets
- Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety standards and procedures
- Communicate clearly with team members to support continuous plant operations
What We Are Looking For
- Capability to safely operate and troubleshoot heavy industrial or mechanical equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Willingness to learn processes tools and systems used within the plant
- Physical ability to perform duties that may include lifting climbing and working in varied conditions
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to postoffer preemployment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
- This is a second shift position
