Job Description
About the role:
The Strategy Lead (Director) drives strategic planning for GLEC by translating senior leadership priorities into clear actionable plans and measurable objectives. The role oversees annual planning maintains strategic roadmaps manages OKR/KPI frameworks and supports operating reviews and governance processes. It includes leading strategic analyses partnering with program and change management teams and ensuring strong alignment execution quality and visibility across teams and regions. The Strategy Lead also serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders ensuring the function stays coordinated and focused on enterprise priorities.
How you will contribute:
Lead all core annual planning workstreams including calendar design templates facilitation workshops and executive-level readouts for the Function.
Own and maintain the strategy-on-a-page and multi-year roadmap ensuring clarity of priorities dependencies and resource assumptions.
Oversee the OKR/KPI framework partnering with Finance HR and Operations Lead to ensure alignment to budget workforce plans and enterprise priorities.
Produce and manage recurring operating reviews (monthly/quarterly business reviews) delivering insights risks and recommended actions across the Function.
Support governance processes including intake/prioritization evaluations decision logs and tracking leadership commitments and follow-through.
Lead strategic analyses (capacity modeling demand forecasting productivity trends service performance) to inform leadership decisions.
Partner with PMO and Change Leads to ensure the strategy is integrated into program sequencing and benefits realization plans.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
10 years in strategy legal operations management consulting or related functions in a global matrixed organization.
Bachelors degree required.
Demonstrated track record leading strategic planning program management and transformation in a complex global organization.
Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems drive cross-functional alignment and influence senior executives.
Advanced fluency with planning frameworks metrics dashboards and executive storytelling.
Strong analytical skills financial acumen and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication facilitation and executive storytelling capabilities.

Boston MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
$177000.00 - $278080.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical dental vision insurance a 401(k) plan and company match short-term and long-term disability coverage basic life insurance a tuition reimbursement program paid volunteer time off company holidays and well-being benefits among others.
