Compensation & Schedule

Base Salary: $70K$80K
Total Comp: $150K (Year 1 OTE with commission & bonuses)
Benefits: PTO Paid Holidays 401(k)

About the Role

Our client a stable and growing Division 10 contractor in the commercial construction space is seeking a Sales Representative to join their San Antonio team. This role is highly relationship-driven focused on managing inbound business supporting long-term customers and building product expertise.

What Youll Do

Build and maintain relationships with existing and new commercial customers
Manage inbound orders and process purchase orders (POs)
Answer calls respond to inquiries and provide pricing and product details
Send price sheets (Excel) and quotes to customers
Use QuickBooks and internal systems to manage transactions
Help identify and coordinate with contractors/installers for projects
Develop strong knowledge of Division 10 products (e.g. restroom accessories hand dryers etc.)
Support warehouse operations to gain hands-on product understanding
Conduct occasional outbound outreach (minimal cold calling 2%)
Deliver fast high-quality customer service
Complete a structured 6-month onboarding period to learn product catalog pricing (100 price lists) customer base and internal processes

What Were Looking For

35 years of sales experience in Division 10 company
Division 10 or related commercial construction experience is REQUIRED
Experience with QuickBooks and Excel
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced order-driven environment
Hands-on mindset with willingness to learn products in the warehouse
