Store Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Store Supervisor is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the store side of a Branch and reports directly to the District Manager. They may oversee customer service store operations and employee supervision in a friendly fast-paced team environment.

Primary Duties:

• Supervise coach mentor train and support all employees
• Generate and maintain accurate required documentation
• Address and resolve all customer requests and/or complaints utilizing a positive creative approach
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and customers
• Champion of MFCP programs and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies procedures and applicable laws

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with supervisor experience preferred
• Solid computer skills including use of MS Office with a willingness to learn new software programs
• Must be able to understand and calculate gross profit/gross margin add subtract multiply and divide. The ability to calculate averages and other functions preferred
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Job requires frequent lifting up to 70 pounds stooping reaching above shoulder level pushing pulling constantly walking/standing on cement flooring and climbing ladders as needed
• Work environment may vary: warehouse containing moving equipment fluctuating temperature and inventory in various storage arrangements office work manufacturing machine shops and any other specific business operations of current or potential customers

Salary:

$25-$30/hour with potential for quarterly bonus DOE
