Mater Hospital Springfield is seeking passionate Casual Enrolled Nurses to join our teams across a range of clinical departments as we prepare for the opening of this state-of-the-art hospital in early 2026.

As a Casual Enrolled Nurse you will contribute to delivering compassionate high-quality patient care while supporting Registered Nurses and the broader multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes. Salary range: $35.93 - $38.21 per hour plus casual loading plus superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15900access to many staff benefits!

What youll be doing

You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of safe compassionate and high-quality patient care within your clinical specialty while contributing to positive patient and family experiences.

You will:

• Deliver safe compassionate patient-centred nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Perform delegated clinical care activities in accordance with evidence-based practice
• Assist with patient assessments monitoring and implementation of care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients families and the multidisciplinary team
• Support patient education and health promotion initiatives
• Contribute to a safe clinical environment through infection control and quality improvement practices

About you

You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively within a supportive healthcare team. You enjoy working in dynamic clinical environments and making a meaningful difference for patients and their families.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• 12 months demonstrated experience in an acute healthcare setting relevant to your speciality area
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• A commitment to delivering high-quality compassionate patient care aligned with Maters Mission and Values
• Availability to work a minimum of two shifts per fortnight
