About the role:

As a Manager within the Business Services team you will deliver an agile authentic and personalised client experience. You will support clients across day-to-day operations tax and compliance while also providing strategic guidance in navigating competitive markets and planning for future growth including exit strategies.

• Manage a portfolio of large privately-owned businesses and their owners
  
• Collaborate with teams across the firm nationally
  
• Build strong client relationships and provide proactive practical solutions
  
• Develop and implement commercial structures aligned with clients business and personal goals
  
• Mentor develop and inspire junior team members
  
• Contribute to business development activities to grow your portfolio and develop your area of specialisation
  

Requirements

• Qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Business / Commerce Accounting or Finance or other relevant professional qualifications
  
• CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent industry accreditation)
  
• 6 years experience in business advisory including working with private businesses and high-net-worth clients with a proven track record in delivering high-quality strategic outcomes
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  
• Demonstrated people leadership and management capability with a genuine commitment to developing and supporting others
