About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Outreach Specialist who thrives on execution consistency and daily activity not just strategy.
This role is not about closing complex enterprise deals or redesigning CRM architecture. Instead youll be responsible for driving daily outbound activity across multiple channels engaging leads and ensuring strong visibility into pipeline movement.

What Youll Be Doing
You will be focused on high-volume high-quality outbound execution using pre-generated leads and structured workflows.
Your core responsibilities:
Outbound Outreach Execution
Send LinkedIn messages and connection requests
Execute email outreach using sequences
Follow up consistently across channels
Cold & Warm Calling
Conduct outreach calls daily (initially 3050 attempts adjusted based on strategy)
Focus primarily on warm leads after initial engagement
Confidently initiate and handle conversations
Lead Engagement & Qualification
Move leads from cold warm through multi-touch outreach
Identify interest and pass qualified opportunities forward
CRM Management (HubSpot or similar)
Log all activities accurately
Maintain visibility of outreach conversations and pipeline progress
Ensure dashboards reflect real-time activity
Daily Activity Tracking
Deliver consistent output and measurable outreach daily
Maintain transparency on work completed and results
What Success Looks Like
Consistent daily outreach across LinkedIn email and calls
Clear and visible activity tracked inside the CRM
Leads progressing from initial contact to warm conversations
Reliable follow-through with minimal supervision
Requirements
This role is a strong fit if you:
Are a Doer Not Just a Strategist. Youre comfortable executing repetitive outreach tasks with discipline and consistency.
Have Experience in Sales Outreach. Background in cold calling email sequencing or LinkedIn prospecting.
Are Comfortable Making Calls Daily. You can confidently speak with leads and handle objections.
Understand Outreach Sequencing.Know how to structure multi-touch campaigns across email LinkedIn and calls.
Have Basic CRM Experience (HubSpot or similar). Not required to be an expert but you must be able to log activities and track pipelines.
Are Highly Accountable. You understand that activity and visibility are critical metrics not just results.
Nice to Have
Experience working with AI-generated lead lists
Familiarity with outbound automation tools
Experience in B2B or SaaS environments
