Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Fintech Sales Executive to drive client acquisition across both B2B (SMEs) and B2C segments. The role focuses on identifying potential customers in need of financing solutions onboarding them onto the platform and managing the sales cycle until successful funding is achieved. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services banking or lending products with a strong ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients (SMEs and individual customers) seeking financing
  • Promote and explain financing solutions available on the plaJorm
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Manage the full sales funnel from lead genera/on to deal closure
  • Guide clients through the application and onboarding process
  • Coordinate with internal teams and financing partners to ensure deal completion
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads opportunism and conversions
  • Stay updated on financing products and market trends
  • Provide feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience



Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales preferably in banking financial services fintech or lending companies
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in B2B (SME) and/or B2C (retail) sales is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of financial products such as loans credit facilities or leasing
  • Experience in direct sales relationship management or client acquisition
  • Familiarity with the Saudi market
  • Language: Arabic (Fluent) English (Good).



Required Skills:

8 years of experience in operations preferably in automotive e-commerce or marketplaces. Bachelors degree in Business Operations or related field (MBA is a plus) Proven experience managing end-to-end operations in a digital platform Previous experience in automotive industry (cars marketplace dealerships or similar) is a must Experience in scaling startups or digital platforms is a strong plus Strong understanding of logistics supply chain and vendor onboarding Experience working with cross-functional teams (tech marketing sales) Arabic speaker is required.
