Job Summary

Position - HRSS (Onboarding Executive)

Experience- 1-2Years in Staffing Operation

Kolkata (Saltlake)

Role -

1. Onboarding

2. Payroll processing

3. Full and final processing

4. Compliance adherence

5. Client and associate management

6. Onboarding process management

7. Employee query management cordination

8. Exit interview etc..

Good knowledge in Excel would be the mandatory requirements for this position.

Must be responsible for end to end client & associate management.
