Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets of INR 45 Crores in the assigned territory both independently and through team performance.
Build lead and manage a high-performing sales team across three states fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
Develop and maintain a scalable dealer network of 100 dealers ensuring consistent engagement performance and expansion.
Design and implement region-specific sales strategies to enhance penetration in retail and dealer channels.
Identify opportunities for new product launches and successfully onboard new dealers and distributors.
Monitor competitor activity pricing strategies and evolving market trends to develop effective countermeasures.
Oversee dealer relationship management including timely collections and recovery of outstanding receivables.
Conduct regular dealer satisfaction surveys to assess service quality and drive improvements in dealer engagement.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive regional sales reports and strategic insights to the National Sales Head and senior leadership.
Requirements
1215 years of progressive experience in sales and distribution with a minimum 5-7 years dedicated to the decorative paint industry.
Graduation or post-graduation in Sales Business Management or a related field.
Proven track record in managing dealer channels and retail sales across multiple geographies.
In-depth knowledge of paint market dynamics consumer behavior and distribution logistics.
Fluency in the local state language is highly advantageous for effective stakeholder engagement.
