Job Summary

1. Drive product execution and cross-functional delivery across product and engineering teams.

2. Conduct enterprise workflow analysis and competitive research to inform product decisions.

3. Validate product workflows and prototypes identifying usability gaps and friction points.

4. Support AI-augmented delivery workflows including prompt refinement and documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience in product management within a technology-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to conduct workflow and competitive analysis.
Experience in usability testing prototyping validation and user experience optimization.
Familiarity with AI tools and workflows including prompt engineering and documentation practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and agile methodologies.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
