Job Summary

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and technical presentations to prospects and stakeholders.
Prepare detailed technical proposals RFP responses and solution architecture documents aligned with client needs.
Conduct solution design sessions and architecture reviews with internal teams and clients to ensure scalability security and performance.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain technical edge.
Partner with engineering and product teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and influence product roadmap.
Support post-sales handover by ensuring seamless transition from pre-sale to implementation teams.
Act as a technical authority during client meetings Q&A sessions and executive briefings.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.
25 years of experience in pre-sales technical account management or solution architecture within the technology sector.
Proven experience in cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) SaaS solutions and enterprise software deployments.
Strong understanding of networking security data management and system integration principles.
Excellent communication presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in creating solution architecture diagrams technical documentation and proposal templates.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and collaboration platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams Slack).
Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
