Job Summary


  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients ensuring consistent and proactive communication.
  • Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Product Engineering Support) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain detailed client account plans including goals KPIs and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and client meetings to assess performance gather feedback and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies as needed.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with product/service offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver client reports presentations and executive summaries with actionable insights.
  • Proactively manage risks and resolve issues to maintain service quality and client trust.
  • Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscape to inform client strategies.




Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in account management client services or a similar role within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and project management platforms (e.g. Asana Jira).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working with technical teams and translating business needs into technical requirements.
