- Develop and maintain detailed client account plans including goals KPIs and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct regular business reviews and client meetings to assess performance gather feedback and identify new opportunities.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies as needed.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with product/service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver client reports presentations and executive summaries with actionable insights.
- Proactively manage risks and resolve issues to maintain service quality and client trust.
- Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscape to inform client strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in account management client services or a similar role within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and project management platforms (e.g. Asana Jira).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working with technical teams and translating business needs into technical requirements.
