Job Summary

Maintain and update customer database (dealers distributors retailers)

Track leads inquiries and sales pipeline

Regular follow-up with customers for orders feedback and payments

Coordinate with sales team for order processing and dispatch updates

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

Generate reports on sales customer activity and performance

Ensure data accuracy in CRM system

Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities

Requirements

Graduate in any field (MBA preferred)

03 years experience (FMCG preferred)

Good communication skills (Hindi English; Odia is a plus)

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Understanding of sales processes and customer handling
