- Integrate AI APIs to enhance automation capabilities and decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Test monitor and optimize workflows for performance reliability and scalability
- Document processes and maintain clear records for future reference and team onboarding
Requirements
Experience: 02 years
- 02 years of experience in workflow automation IT support or related fields
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n Make or Zapier
- Familiarity with AI APIs and their integration into workflow systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset toward process improvement
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Basic understanding of APIs JSON and data flow concepts
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Required Skills:
Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters degree Experience: Freshers Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field Freshers with strong academic performance and a proactive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving priorities
