This role is ideal for candidates with prior automobile sales experience who are passionate about electric vehicles and customer engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain a presentable appearance and positive attitude
Lead management through showroom walk-ins and telephone inquiries
Enter all customer inquiries accurately in the system with complete details
Demonstrate EV scooters to prospective customers
Conduct test rides and convert leads into final sales
Address customer queries related to scooter specifications pricing delivery timelines and finance options
Ensure proper closing and follow-up with customers

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Percentage of test ride (TR) completion from scheduled TRs
Sales conversion percentage from completed test rides
Strict adherence to processes and SOPs (no deviations)
Deliver excellent customer experience with zero negative feedback
Maintain a strong customer experience (CX) rating

Requirements

Experience & Skills

At least 1 year sales experience in 2 wheeler EV
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must know 2-wheeler driving (Driving License not mandatory)

Qualification

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass Diploma / Graduation
ITI candidates are not eligible
