Job Summary

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key marketplace partners (e.g. Amazon Flipkart Nykaa Ajio) to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with marketplace account managers category leads and procurement teams.
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace KPIs including conversion rates AOV stock availability and customer reviews; implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional campaigns seasonal launches and product listings with marketplace requirements and timelines.
  • Manage and optimize product content pricing strategies and inventory planning across marketplaces to ensure consistency and competitiveness.
  • Lead marketplace-specific initiatives such as Prime Day Big Billion Day and other high-impact sales events to drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for resolving operational issues including fulfillment delays listing discrepancies and compliance concerns.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership including sales forecasts competitive benchmarking and market trends.
  • Stay ahead of evolving marketplace algorithms policies and feature rollouts to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Commerce or a related field.
  • 25 years of proven experience in key account management preferably within the FMCG beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong experience managing relationships with major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon Flipkart Nykaa etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth improving conversion rates and managing multi-channel marketplace operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel Google Sheets) and familiarity with CRM systems and marketplace analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.



Required Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
