Job Summary

Optimize product listings and assortments to drive higher conversion and sales performance.
Design launch and track the success of e-commerce campaigns using data insights.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory alignment across platforms.
Collaborate with marketing operations and product teams to support scalable growth initiatives.

Requirements

1-2 years in ecommerce or quick commerce.

D2C/FMCG experience; data skills (Analytics/Excel).

12 years of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce environments.
Proven experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sectors.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics Excel or similar data tools.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic fast-moving environment.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
