Job Summary
Position - Customer Service L1
Classification - Voice / Domestic / Travel / Ticketing Operations
Reports to - Team Lead / Manager
Education - 12th Pass minimum graduates preferred
Location - Goregaon West
Shifts - Rotating Shifts
Days working - 6 days working
Properly search for air availability and quote itineraries in all fare types and cabins.
Issuing fresh tickets and creating reservations
Reissue and revalidation of tickets
Maintaining accuracy of information given and documented
Working knowledge of any GDS (Amadeus Galileo) - Optional
Manage loyalty related questions from clients
Update CRM internally
Able to take email chat and voice requests from clients
Requirements
Requirements:
Travel Tourism / Hospitality experience preferred.
Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center environment
Good communication skills with fluency in English
Experience servicing a Domestic customer base
Airline Travel and Resorts experience will be an advantage
Should be able to read fare Rules & Penalty.
Able to learn new processes quickly and adaptable to change
Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound calls
Required Skills:
Make a high volume of professional outbound calls to potential new and existing customers acting as the first point of contact. Coordinating with the customer to resolve their query Handling the inbound calls from the customer.
Required Education:
HSC Graduate
