Job Summary
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve organizational goals and drive sustainable growth in the Kamrup region.
- Lead and mentor senior management teams across key business units ensuring alignment with corporate vision and operational excellence.
- Oversee financial planning budgeting forecasting and performance reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Identify new market opportunities expand business partnerships and strengthen customer relationships to increase market share.
- Champion innovation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency scalability and competitive advantage.
- Represent the organization in high-level stakeholder engagements including government bodies industry associations and key clients.
- Monitor industry trends regulatory changes and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track progress optimize operations and ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a high-performance culture through talent development succession planning and leadership coaching.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Management Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in business management operations or strategic planning (entry-level leadership roles may be considered for exceptional freshers).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in business planning financial modeling and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Familiarity with regional business dynamics in Assam particularly in the Kamrup area is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within the region and adapt to a fast-paced results-oriented work environment.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
