Job Summary

Handle order raising pricing (manually using Advanced Excel) and order processing efficiently
Manage end-to-end order coordination including follow-ups with internal teams and clients
Prepare and manage shipment building documentation and release processes
Coordinate closely with production logistics and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate data and reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables MIS reports etc.)
Work on EMR software for order tracking and updates
Handle export market clients and ensure smooth communication and servicing
Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays or issues

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in Jewellery Sales (Export Market preferred)

Strong knowledge of order management pricing and coordination

Proficiency in Advanced Excel (data handling reports formulas)

Hands-on experience with EMR software

Good understanding of export documentation and shipment processes

Strong coordination and organizational skills

Moderate to good communication skills in English & Hindi
