Stipend: 10000 Performance Incentives up to 10000
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales and marketing with a strong focus on market expansion client acquisition and brand visibility.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (B.A BBA MBA)
- Minimum 6 months of internship/experience in Sales & Marketing
- Good understanding of the local market (Indore/Bhopal)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive on-trade and off-trade sales in assigned territories
- Identify and onboard new retail and distribution outlets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
- Monitor daily sales performance and share actionable insights
