Hands-on Campaign Orchestration: End-to-end setup management and scaling of programmatic campaigns primarily on Display & Video 360 (DV360).
Multi-DSP Management: Leveraging platforms like The Trade Desk (TTD) and Amazon DSP to diversify reach and hit specific performance or branding KPIs.
Strategic Optimization: Moving beyond basic metrics to drive deep-funnel results managing large-scale budgets with a rigorous "Data-First" approach.
Advanced Reporting: Crafting insightful performance audits and post-campaign analyses for high-value stakeholders and brand leads.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Collaborating with planning and creative teams to ensure programmatic strategies are integrated into the broader 360-degree media plan.
Tech Stack Evolution: Staying ahead of the curve on identity solutions (First-party data) cookieless targeting and supply-path optimization (SPO).
Requirements
The Programmatic Expert: Significant hands-on experience in the programmatic ecosystem ideally within a top-tier media agency or a global-first brand.
Tooling Mastery: Absolute proficiency in DV360 is mandatory; exposure to other major DSPs is a significant competitive advantage.
Analytical Mindset: Strong comfort with large datasets and the ability to translate "Platform Numbers" into "Business Growth Stories."
Agile Operator: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and complex budget allocations across different industry verticals simultaneously.
Communicator: Excellent stakeholder management skills to explain complex programmatic concepts to non-technical brand partners.
