- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients including initiation documentation collection validation and handover to operational teams.
- Coordinate with sales legal finance and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding milestones.
- Maintain and update onboarding checklists workflows and templates to improve process consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct due diligence and verify client documentation for accuracy completeness and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor onboarding pipeline performance and generate regular reports on key metrics such as cycle time success rate and bottlenecks.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation or standardization initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders during the onboarding phase.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy security protocols and company policies throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to troubleshoot integration issues and support system configuration during onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Finance or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in business operations client onboarding or process coordination within a corporate or service-based environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce SAP or similar).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to compliance and documentation standards.
- Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g. Zapier Microsoft Power Automate) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Hyderabad with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts).
