KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition & Management: Leading manpower analysis and budgeting; overseeing end-to-end hiring and ensuring absolute compliance in recruitment implementation.
Stakeholder Management: Developing deep working relationships with BU heads and HODs; partnering with business leads to define and implement best-in-class HR practices.
Processes Policies & Compensation: Serving as the custodian of all HR frameworks. You will validate revise and document policies ensuring their seamless implementation across the group.
Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding a dedicated HR team to provide smooth timely and efficient HR services to the entire organization.
People Engagement: Partnering with internal teams to design and execute high-decibel employee engagement programs and communication strategies.
Operational Sync: Working in close lockstep with the Finance team on payroll management and critical business matters.
Requirements
The Media Specialist: Proven experience in leading the HR function within a Media Entertainment or Production environment.
Strategic & Hands-on: Ability to think at a "Group Level" while maintaining the operational rigor required to manage a team of 4-5 specialists.
Compliance Expert: Deep understanding of labor laws and HR compliance relevant to the Indian media landscape.
Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-pressure creative stakeholders and senior leadership (CEO/CFO).
Custodian Mindset: A sharp eye for detail regarding policies compensation structures and process documentation.
Required Skills:
Culturally Fluent: You have a pulse on current trends and an award-minded creative approach. Agency Veteran: Proven experience working within media or creative agencies. Master Storyteller: Confident in your presentation skills with proficiency in tools like PPT and Canva to bring ideas to life. Norm Challenger: Someone ready to set new standards in content creation rather than following existing ones. Experience Level: 5 to 8 years in the industry.
