Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Revenue Generation: Identifying and closing advertising deals with national and regional brands specifically for the television medium.

Agency Relationships: Building and nurturing deep ties with media planning and buying agencies in the Bengaluru hub.

Solution Selling: Crafting bespoke advertising packages (including FCT integrations and special properties) that align with client marketing objectives.

Market Intelligence: Tracking competitor activities and regional spending trends to identify new business opportunities.

Presentations & Pitches: Developing and delivering high-decibel sales presentations to C-suite stakeholders and marketing heads.

Post-Campaign Analysis: Ensuring client satisfaction through timely delivery reports and campaign performance metrics.

Requirements

The Sales Enthusiast: 210 years of hardcore experience in Media Sales with a strong preference for candidates from a Television (TV) background.

Communication Expert: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to "own the room" during a pitch.

Target-Driven: A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Local Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Bengaluru brand ecosystem and agency landscape.

Persuasive Presenter: Skilled in using data (BARC) and insights to build a compelling case for TV investment.


Required Skills:

Culturally Fluent: You have a pulse on current trends and an award-minded creative approach. Agency Veteran: Proven experience working within media or creative agencies. Master Storyteller: Confident in your presentation skills with proficiency in tools like PPT and Canva to bring ideas to life. Norm Challenger: Someone ready to set new standards in content creation rather than following existing ones. Experience Level: 5 to 8 years in the industry.
