Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage business for welding consumables across assigned regions.
- Identify and engage industrial customers for Conventional and Fabrication product ranges.
- Generate leads conduct product presentations and perform demonstrations/trials at customer sites.
- Provide technical support on product selection welding parameters and process optimization.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets market coverage and gross margin goals.
- Collaborate with distributors channel partners and internal teams to drive business growth.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights to management.
- Prepare visit reports update CRM data and support order finalization and commercial negotiations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of welding processes SMAW GMAW FCAW SAW GTAW.
- Good knowledge of welding metallurgy and consumable applications.
- Proven skills in industrial sales negotiation and relationship management.
- Application-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize welding operations.
- Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
- Excellent communication presentation and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
