Position: - Calls & Compliance Auditor Location: -Patna Bihar
Key Responsibilities:
Call Monitoring: Listen to recorded calls and evaluate performance
Complaint Analysis: Review of how customer complaints are handled and resolved
Quality Scoring: Rate interactions based on predefined criteria (tone accuracy resolution etc.)
Feedback & Coaching: Provide feedback to customer service for improvement
Compliance Checks: Ensure employees follow legal and company guidelines
Reporting: Prepare audit reports and highlight trends or recurring issues
Requirements
Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and listening skills
Analytical thinking
Knowledge of QA (Quality Assurance) processes
Familiarity with CRM or call-center tools
Educational Qualification:
Minimum:- Graduate or above
Experience:- More than 1 year of experience in a similar role
