Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Build and customize workflows rules connectors and reports to meet business needs
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications and identity sources
- Onboard new applications into SailPoint IdentityIQ with proper entitlement modeling
- Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and access governance policies
- Lead and support access certification campaigns and remediation efforts
- Manage identity lifecycle events including provisioning deprovisioning and attribute management
- Perform role engineering entitlement discovery and policy enforcement
- Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations
- Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation for systems and processes
- Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) defect tracking and resolution
- Support audit readiness and compliance activities including evidence collection and reporting
- Provide technical guidance mentorship and code reviews for junior team members
- Contribute to IAM roadmaps environment administration and team training initiatives
Requirements
- 4 years of relevant experience as a SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer (or Identity Now/Identity Security Cloud)
- Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management RBAC access certification and policy enforcement
- Experience with integration of SailPoint with enterprise systems (e.g. Active Directory SAP Oracle Salesforce)
- Proficiency in configuring workflows rules connectors and reporting within SailPoint
