Job Summary

To drive HoReCa (Hotels Restaurants Catering) business by leveraging industry relationships building strategic partnerships and establishing a strong distribution network to ensure consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the HoReCa client base through existing industry network
  • Identify and onboard new clients across hotels restaurant chains and catering companies.
  • Build strategic tie-ups partnerships and joint ventures with key accounts
  • Represent the company in client meetings negotiations and business discussions
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation pitching negotiation and closure
  • Manage contracts pricing commercials and payment terms with clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth in the HoReCa segment
  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain operations) to ensure smooth execution


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG / Food industry
  • Prior experience in rice grains or staples segment preferred
  • Strong existing network within HoReCa industry (Hotels Restaurants Caterers)
  • Proven track record in B2B / institutional sales and partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage key accounts
  • Excellent negotiation communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong understanding of pricing margins and commercial agreements
  • Self-driven result-oriented and capable of working independently
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development



  • Required Skills:
