To drive HoReCa (Hotels Restaurants Catering) business by leveraging industry relationships building strategic partnerships and establishing a strong distribution network to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the HoReCa client base through existing industry network
Identify and onboard new clients across hotels restaurant chains and catering companies.
Build strategic tie-ups partnerships and joint ventures with key accounts
Represent the company in client meetings negotiations and business discussions
Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation pitching negotiation and closure
Manage contracts pricing commercials and payment terms with clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth in the HoReCa segment
Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain operations) to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG / Food industry
Prior experience in rice grains or staples segment preferred
Strong existing network within HoReCa industry (Hotels Restaurants Caterers)
Proven track record in B2B / institutional sales and partnerships
Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage key accounts
Excellent negotiation communication and relationship management skills
Strong understanding of pricing margins and commercial agreements
Self-driven result-oriented and capable of working independently
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
Required Skills:
