Required Skills:
Main Responsibilities 1. Sales Support o Assist the sales team in preparing quotations for AC units (split AC cassette AC VRF systems etc.). o Process sales orders and maintain records. 2. Customer Coordination o Handle customer inquiries about AC products pricing delivery and installation. o Follow up with customers for order confirmation and payments. 3. Documentation o Prepare invoices purchase orders and sales reports. o Maintain customer database and sales data in CRM/Excel. 4. Coordination with Internal Teams o Coordinate with the warehouse for product availability. o Schedule installation with technicians. o Coordinate service requests if needed. 5. Sales Tracking o Monitor sales targets and prepare daily/weekly reports. o Track pending orders and dispatch status. Skills Required Good communication skills Knowledge of Advance MS Excel Word and email Customer handling and follow-up skills Organization and multitasking
Required Education:
Any Graduate
