Job Summary
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing daily communication coordination and task follow-ups. This role is best suited for someone who is organized responsible and good at handling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between the Director and teams
- Convey instructions clearly and ensure proper follow-up
- Track tasks and ensure timely completion
- Schedule meetings and send reminders
- Maintain records of tasks and priorities
- Provide regular updates to the Director
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic organizational and coordination ability
- Ability to follow up consistently
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Required Skills:
Proven experience developing websites using WordPress. Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP. Experience with WordPress theme customization plugin development and integrations. Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with designers marketers and clients.
