Job Summary
Job Title: Biotechnology Lecturer / Junior Biotechnology Lecturer
Location: Nalanda Degree College Vijayawada
Salary:per month
Experience: 0 to 5 years
Job Type: Full-Time
Reporting to: Principal Nalanda Degree College
Responsibilities:
Teach Biotechnology subjects including Molecular Biology Biochemistry Genetics and Cell Biology to undergraduate students
Assist in conducting lab sessions practicals and demonstrations
Develop lesson plans assignments and assessment materials
Guide students in academic projects and basic research activities
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement
Support curriculum delivery and departmental academic activities
Encourage scientific thinking analytical skills and research orientation among students
Stay updated with the latest advancements in biotechnology and teaching methodologies
Collaborate with faculty for seminars workshops and student development initiatives
Requirements / Qualifications:
. / Ph.D. in Biotechnology Biochemistry Molecular Biology or a related field
05 years of teaching experience in a college or relevant academic setting
Strong knowledge of biotechnological techniques concepts and laboratory practices
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
Proficiency in using instructional technology and teaching tools
Commitment to student-centered learning and academic excellence
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and management

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification. Proven experience as a Primary Social science Teacher (1 - 3) years Excellent Communication Skills.
