Job Summary
JewelsHire a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment extends its invitation for a coveted position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Andheri East Mumbai.
Job Description
- Manage and track jewellery sample stock (Finish Goods)
- Track inward and outward movement of jewellery samples (Finish Goods) across departments such as design production QC sales and exhibitions.
- Ensure proper tagging labeling and safe storage of samples of finished goods.
- Maintain and monitor stock separately for easy tracking and availability.
- Ensure proper documentation and approval for dispatch and return of samples.
- Monitor aging of finished goods samples and coordinate for reuse redesign or liquidation if required.
- Coordinate with design production and sales teams for sample requirements and dispatch.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation of both sample and finished goods inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reports in Excel/system.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in jewellery sample stock/inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery materials weights.
- Good Excel skills and attention to detail.
