Key Responsibilities -
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor designs accordingly.
- Work closely with leading corporate jewellery brands.
- Provide regular updates on market trends customer preferences and industry innovations.
- Lead and manage the merchandising team.
- Provide expertise on new industry developments to enhance offerings for existing clients.
- Innovate and create new jewelry styles aligned with current market trends.
- Stay abreast of emerging design aesthetics and consumer preferences.
- Conduct thorough research and development on jewelry designs
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of designs.
- Analyse market feedback and adjust designs accordingly.
Requirements
- Any Design Graduate
- 8 years of experience in jewellery merchandising & managing corporate clients
- Innovative Design Creation
- Trend Analysis as per export/domestic market
- Research and Development (R&D)
- Global Market Awareness
- Client Engagement and Collaboration
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excel is Must & Knowledge of Jewellery Software will be added advantage
