Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to play a pivotal role in designing configuring and supporting SAP Financials modules within a dynamic global organization. This individual will serve as a key contributor in optimizing financial processes across General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets and other core FICO components. With deep expertise in multi-ledger accounting integration with cross-functional systems and a strong understanding of financial business processes the consultant will ensure seamless financial operations accurate reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in professional services or distribution environments a commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative setting. Total Experience: 8-13 years Location: Navi Mumbai Responsibilities: Design configure and support SAP FICO modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Product Costing and Inter-company Accounting Lead financial closing processes and ensure accuracy timeliness and compliance across multiple legal entities and ledgers Configure and maintain integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g. SD MM PP) as well as non-SAP systems Provide domain expertise in multi-ledger accounting cost center/element accounting project system and COPA Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate financial requirements into technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve complex financial system issues with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term resolution Support end-to-end implementation upgrade and enhancement projects from design through post-go-live support Act as an individual contributor managing multiple priorities and deliverables with minimal supervision Requirements Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation configuration and support Proven experience in designing and configuring SAP FICO modules across at least 3 of the following: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Financial Accounting Fixed Asset Accounting Financial Closing Inter-company Accounting Project System Management & Cost Centre/Element Accounting Product Costing COPA In-depth knowledge of multi-ledger General Ledger including parallel accounting and compliance with local and international standards SAP certification in FI or CO (mandatory) Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles Experience working in professional services or distribution industries is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business needs and deliver scalable technical solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed teams Self-driven quick learner with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities Certified Accountant (CA/ICWA/CPA/CFA or equivalent) or MBA (Finance) required Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail
