Position Overview: We are currently seeking both freshers and experienced individuals to join our team as Airport Passenger Handling Staff. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a great opportunity for growth and development in the aviation industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers with check-in baggage drop and boarding procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
- Provide accurate and timely information to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other relevant information
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
