Job Summary



  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify acquire and manage a portfolio of key retail accounts distributors and institutional clients (e.g. hotels restaurants corporate canteens).
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor product placement shelf availability promotional execution and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication problem resolution and value-added service.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability effective promotions and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales planning and product positioning.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports forecasts and performance dashboards for management review.
  • Train and support retail staff and distributors on product knowledge sales techniques and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies compliance standards and ethical sales practices across all client interactions.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 25 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the FMCG food or beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail distribution networks channel management and sales cycle execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficient in CRM tools MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and digital reporting platforms.
  • Willingness to travel across Andheri and surrounding areas including outstation visits as required.
  • Self-motivated resilient under pressure and committed to continuous performance improvement.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics in Mumbai especially in the Andheri region is highly advantageous.
