Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Engineering: Taking full ownership of paid channels (Meta Google etc.) including bidding structures attribution modeling and aggressive scaling.

E-commerce Funnel Mastery: Optimizing the entire journey from top-of-funnel traffic to conversion and high-LTV retention.

Website & UX Governance: Driving site performance through technical SEO page speed optimization and analytics-driven UX/CRO.

Martech & Data Integrity: Managing the stack (GA4 tracking frameworks) to ensure absolute data accuracy and sophisticated attribution.

Rigorous Experimentation: Leading a culture of continuous A/B testing and funnel optimization to find unconventional growth levers.

ROI Stewardship: Managing the balance between CAC and LTV translating complex data into decisive high-impact business actions.

Requirements

The Technical Specialist: You dont just "understand" digital; you have deep hands-on expertise in performance and e-commerce mechanics.

The Scaler: Proven experience in scaling D2C or consumer internet businesses ideally in the lifestyle fashion or luxury space.

Data-Decisive: A clear understanding of ROI levers with an "Ownership Mindset" and a strong bias for execution.

The Architect: Ability to build a tech-first growth engine from the ground up rather than just managing existing dashboards.



Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
