Job Description: Inventory Manager (Zoho Inventory)

We are looking for an Accounts Manager with strong hands-on experience across Zoho
accounting modules to manage day-to-day accounting operations statutory compliance and
financial reporting. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and ensure accurate
timely and compliant financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations using Zoho Books
Handle AR AP invoicing receipts and payment processing
Ensure accurate bookkeeping ledger management and reconciliations
Manage GST compliance: returns reconciliations and filings
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
Oversee bank cash and credit card reconciliation
Coordinate with auditors tax consultants and external stakeholders
Monitor expense controls and vendor payments
Support budgeting forecasting and MIS reporting
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and timelines
Zoho-Specific Responsibilities
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory)
Setup and manage chart of accounts tax rules and workflows
Manage integrations with Zoho Inventory Zoho Payroll Zoho People (if applicable)
Generate financial and compliance reports from Zoho
Maintain system hygiene and data accuracy in Zoho
Required Skills & Experience 4 years of experience in accounting / finance roles Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and related Zoho modules Sound understanding of Indian accounting standards and GST Experience handling audits and statutory compliance Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and manage deadlinesPreferred / Good to Have CA Inter / CMA Inter / Commerce graduate Experience with startups SMEs or multi-entity accounting Knowledge of TDS ROC and income tax filings Experience in process improvement and automation
