About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join team. As a Customer Support Executive you will be the frontline representative of our customer service team providing excellent communication and support to our clients and users. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels while ensuring proper documentation.
