GTM Architecture: Designing and implementing the India Go-To-Market strategy defining pricing positioning and sales playbooks.
Team Building & Scaling: Hiring mentoring and leading a high-performance sales team as the business scales from the first deal to a dominant market position.
CXO Engagement: Acting as a strategic advisor to CXOs helping them evaluate and select enterprise technology through the platforms AI capabilities.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Working closely with the Dubai headquarters to align India operations with the global product roadmap.
Revenue Governance: Owning the India P&L and ensuring a predictable high-growth revenue pipeline.
Requirements
The Strategic Hunter: 1218 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Tech Sales with a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles.
The Builder: Someone who has successfully built sales teams from scratch or led a new market entry for a tech platform.
Ambiguity Navigator: Comfortable operating in a "Day 1" environment where processes are being built while deals are being closed.
Networked Leader: Deep existing relationships with CIOs CTOs and Business Leaders across major Indian enterprises.
Academic Pedigree: MBA from a top-tier B-school (Preferred) with a relentless focus on "Execution over Intent."
