Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Revenue Driver: Owning and exceeding sales targets by pitching integrated media solutions (Print Digital Ground Activations) to national corporate clients.

Account Stewardship: Building and maintaining high-level relationships with CMOs Brand Managers and Media Buying agencies.

Market Expansion: Identifying white-space opportunities in high-growth sectors to increase inexts share of wallet.

Strategic Execution: Developing bespoke sales narratives that align inexts urban reach with brand objectives.

Performance Culture: Contributing to a high-decibel sales environment that prizes "Execution Excellence" and "Results Over Narratives."

Requirements

IDEAL PROFILE:

The Media Specialist: Proven track record in Media Advertising or B2B Sales is a significant advantage.

The "Art of the Sale": Deep understanding of relationship-based selling and the ability to close high-value deals.

Open Band Hire: * Rising Stars (2-5 yrs): Hungry high-execution professionals ready to scale.

Mid-Level (6-10 yrs): Strategic partners with a strong existing network.

Senior Leaders (10-15 yrs): Battle-tested professionals with P&L ownership experience.

Strategic Mindset: Ability to think "National" while executing with local precision in Delhi
