Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior R&D Executive to support product development and innovation in the cosmeceutical segment. The role involves working on formulations research testing and documentation to develop effective and compliant skincare products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Formulation
- Assist in the development of new skincare/cosmeceutical formulations
- Work on improving existing products for performance and stability
- Conduct trials sample preparation and batch formulations
Research & Innovation
- Research new ingredients actives and market trends in skincare and cosmeceutical
- Analyze competitor products and suggest improvements
- Stay updated with industry innovations and regulatory changes
Testing & Quality Support
- Perform stability testing compatibility testing and basic lab evaluations
- Maintain records of experiments observations and results
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for product validation
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare technical documentation SOPs and formulation records
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and safety standards
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with production quality and marketing teams
- Support scale-up processes and product launches
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Cosmetic Science Chemistry Pharmacy or related field
- 02 years of experience in skincare/cosmeceutical R&D
- Basic understanding of cosmetic formulations and ingredients
- Knowledge of lab practices and testing methods
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with emulsions serums gels and active-based formulations
- Understanding of regulatory standards in cosmetics/cosmeceutical
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Required Skills:
