Strategic "Hunting": Leveraging a massive existing network to bring in high-value high-impact accounts that align with our "extraordinary" brand philosophy.
Cross-Border Growth: Driving business development mandates across both the India and UAE markets.
Founder Partnership: Working directly with the leadership to influence the agencys long-term direction and market positioning.
Agile Leadership: Operating in a high-speed environment where speed-to-market and "Execution over Slides" are the only metrics that matter.
Requirements
The Industry Heavyweight: At least 15 years of "Doing over Saying"with a proven track record of scaling agencies or creative businesses.
The Networked Closer: A professional with an "unlocked" network across the C-suites of India and the Middle East.
The "Generalist" Visionary: Someone who understands the nuances of Entertainment Fashion and Sports and can pivot between them seamlessly.
High Agency & Autonomy: You thrive when given "Real Authority" and the freedom to operate outside of traditional corporate silos.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
