You will be responsible for the "Omnichannel" presence of the brandsfrom Meta/Google performance optimization to the physical menus on the tables.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Funnel Marketing: Managing end-to-end campaign execution across social performance (Google/Meta) and offline channels.
Agency Governance: Acting as the primary liaison for creative and performance agencies to ensure ROI and brand consistency.
Hyper-Local Execution: Driving outlet-level marketing strategies seasonal promotions and menu launches across a multi-outlet network.
Brand Stewardship: Ensuring absolute brand consistency across every digital and physical touchpoint.
Requirements
The F&B Native: A deep understanding of the consumer psyche in the alcobev and dining space.
The "Generalist" Mindset: Ability to switch between analytical performance dashboards and the creative energy of a live event.
The Networked Operator: (For Bengaluru) Someone who is already a "known face" in the citys lifestyle circuits.
Execution Excellence: A proven track record of meeting short deadlines and managing multi-location complexity.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field; MBA preferred. 25 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles with demonstrable success in driving growth. Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and leading end-to-end campaign execution. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM social media marketing email marketing and content strategy. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo) CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and analytics platforms. Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication presentation and leadership abilities. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
