This is the "Pulse of the City" role. You are responsible for making The Beer Café the go-to destination for Bengalurus vibrant community. Your success is measured by the "Buzz" you create through live events unique collaborations and high-retention community IPs.
Key Responsibilities:
IP Development: Launching and scaling new intellectual properties (Music Screenings Brand Collabs) to drive footfalls.
Community Engagement: Building and nurturing a loyal database of "Beer-vangelists" through targeted outreach and engagement.
On-Ground Mastery: Overseeing the flawless execution of experiential events while driving digital noise through real-time content.
Network Integration: Leveraging your existing network in Bengalurus lifestyle and F&B scene to drive strategic partnerships.
Requirements
The F&B Native: A deep understanding of the consumer psyche in the alcobev and dining space.
The "Generalist" Mindset: Ability to switch between analytical performance dashboards and the creative energy of a live event.
The Networked Operator: (For Bengaluru) Someone who is already a "known face" in the citys lifestyle circuits.
Execution Excellence: A proven track record of meeting short deadlines and managing multi-location complexity.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
