Role Overview
We are looking for someone who can drive end-to-end hiring with a strong focus on physician and healthcare talent acquisition. This role will play a critical part in scaling high-quality teams for a fast-growing non-traditional healthcare model.
The ideal candidate is proactive stakeholder-oriented and experienced in managing complex hiring cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment across roles with a focus on physicians and clinical talent
Manage candidate lifecycle: sourcing screening coordinating interviews and offer management
Drive closing conversations in partnership with senior stakeholders to improve offer conversion rates
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes
Collaborate with leadership on hiring plans prioritization and process improvements
Re-engage and nurture high-potential candidates from past pipelines
Requirements
47 years of experience in recruitment in healthcare / startup / high-growth environments
Strong experience in stakeholder management & end-to-end recruitment
Proven ability to manage multiple roles and hiring pipelines simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
AI-native and strong G Suite knowledge

Strong candidate empathy and relationship-building skills
