Role Overview
We are looking for someone who can drive end-to-end hiring with a strong focus on physician and healthcare talent acquisition. This role will play a critical part in scaling high-quality teams for a fast-growing non-traditional healthcare model.
The ideal candidate is proactive stakeholder-oriented and experienced in managing complex hiring cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across roles with a focus on physicians and clinical talent
- Manage candidate lifecycle: sourcing screening coordinating interviews and offer management
- Drive closing conversations in partnership with senior stakeholders to improve offer conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership on hiring plans prioritization and process improvements
- Re-engage and nurture high-potential candidates from past pipelines
Requirements
- 47 years of experience in recruitment in healthcare / startup / high-growth environments
- Strong experience in stakeholder management & end-to-end recruitment
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and hiring pipelines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
- AI-native and strong G Suite knowledge
